1966 revisited!

Marge Cameron's real name was Carmen Zapada (1927-2014). Carmen played a singing nun in Sister Act 1 & 2. This was released on Cricket Records. Loved it when I was around 7!

Wonderful Song!

Wow! 7 years and only 9 likes? I feel for you Bro! So discouraging! I want to thank VERY MUCH for bringing these back (all of them including many I've never heard. I will be playing these to my 5yo granddaughter. I think her 2 sisters will enjoy them too.

I have a similar version of this one, but from the following year (1961) Favorite Songs From Walt Disney Motion Picture Hits, and contains The World Owes me a Living among other songs, including Bluddle Uddle Um Dum (from Snow White), Ferdinand, I've Got No Strings etc. Mine has the golden yellow Golden Records label instead of the original black label.

I have this very album on vinyl. It came out in I think the early 60's on Golden Records. Had a copy I had trashed when young. Came from my parents but eventually became mine. Several years ago, found a very nice copy of it with jacket and bought it. It's likely a slightly later copy as instead of a golden yellow label, it has the deep red variant of the same design. I also have the Walt Disney Favorites, also on Golden records, found a clean copy of that as well as I had that too, both originals were hissy, scratched etc, and NOT in a good way.

I used to have this record as a kid. Thank you.
